How Parabolic Springs Differ From Multileaf Springs – Suspension guide

Multileaf Springs (constant load) – multiple stacked leaves of uniform thickness. They’re reliable, durable, but rigid. Heavy loads are fine, but ride comfort and articulation suffer.
Parabolic Springs – fewer leaves, tapered thickness, designed to flex progressively. They offer better comfort under load, improved wheel articulation, and lower stress on mounting points.
