The Autoline customer service team performance is reaching new highs

Others say that they have great customer service — we can prove it!

For the last four weeks, our team has delivered over 90% on-time case completion (OTCC), peaking at 94% for the week of July 25.

We’re continuing our efforts to deliver even better, consistent service to all our customers. Our aim is to promptly supply high-quality LV parts to even the remotest areas of Australia.

In case you’re unaware, most of our National Customer Service Team are based in Canning Vale, WA. It’s made up of experienced, genuine people who have an inherent drive to offer our customers more — always offering more to find you the right product at the right price.

They available from 6am-5pm AWST, and are faster than fast at taking your order, finding stock, ordering the part, and getting it to you — wherever you might be.

And to support their efforts, we have dispatch warehouses located across Australia: Perth, Kalgoorlie, Adelaide, Mackay, and Mt Isa. These warehouses focus daily on dispatching orders via freight, local deliveries or pick ups, ensuring clients receive parts as fast as possible.
