Holiday Operating Hours
The good news is, national customer service will continue throughout the entire period, only shutting up shop for public holidays.
As of Tuesday the 24th of December, we’ll be running a smaller crew who will be working as normal from 7am – 1pm AWST. This team will consist of our national customer service team, as well as parts interpreters to identify and quote the parts you need.
Branches will be largely unaffected by the holiday period, apart from our Mt Isa branch. Please see below for specific information relating to each of our branches in Perth, Kalgoorlie, Adelaide, and Mount Isa.

Mount Isa, QLD
The Autoline branch in Mount Isa, Queensland, will be most affected by the Christmas period.
We understand that this may present challenges for the usual workflow of our Queensland customers, so we ask that you please try to schedule all stock orders ASAP to ensure we get your parts supplied by the time of closure.
Urgent orders are a thing, we get that, so if you have a vehicle broken down awaiting parts please reach out to our national customer service team. We’re dedicated to finding a solution for you and not letting the branch closure disrupt your operations.
